Presbyterian Women (PW) offers women in the church meaningful ways to live out their faith in the midst of a caring community of women. For more than 200 years, Presbyterian Women groups have strengthened the Presbyterian Church and played a major role in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.
Members of Presbyterian Women in the Congregation are organized into several small groups called "circles." The circles are named for notable women in the Bible. Circle meetings are held monthly for fellowship, prayer, and Bible study. The current circles are listed below. There are three general meetings during the year that are open to all women, and mission projects are assigned monthly. The PW has a variety of activities throughout the year including PW Program Gatherings and volunteer opportunities at Geraldine Thompson Care Center. The major PW fundraisers of the year are the fall and spring Rummage Sales. Money raised from these sales is donated to various local charities as well as national and international missions with special emphasis on children's and women's needs.
The PW circles meet at various times and locations. If you would like to join a circle, please contact the church office at (732) 223-4627 or email.
