The First Presbyterian Church Music School offers affordable lessons for children and adults. The school’s purpose is to develop an aptitude and a love for music for people of all ages (our youngest student is five years old and our oldest is seventy)—music is for everyone!

The Music School’s founder and director is Marcello Velame, and Cathy Gaestel is the manager.  We presently offer lessons in piano and guitar.  Two recitals are held during the year, one in January and another in June.  Manager, Cathy, says, "I get such a feeling of pleasure when I see the accomplishments of each student and watch their smiles when they reach each stage of learning--it's heart warming to witness the friendships that develop between the students and their families.
