Mission Commission “Mission Statement”
We are called by Jesus to go into the world to spread his word and share his love for each of us by demonstrating God’s mercy and his grace. To that end, the Mission Commission is devoted to promoting and financially supporting both Christian and secular organizations and individual missionaries locally, nationally and internationally and in so doing demonstrates our church membership’s love of and obedience to Jesus Christ.
Serving Our Community and World
Our church is blessed to have a loving, caring congregation that is seen as generous to others: locally, nationally, and across the sea. Through our mission giving, the church is able to reach out to many in the name of Christ with the help and support they need. In addition to the monetary donations, many gift items included food and clothing.
There are so many ways that we can answer Christ’s call to “Love one another;” and if you are looking for a way to respond to that command, you may want to become a part of our mission team and become involved with the many worthy causes that we embrace.
