Getting Involved
At First Presbyterian Church of Manasquan, we encourage everyone to get involved. A large part of feeling connected to the Christian community is “getting in the game.” Whatever your age or interest area, there is a place for you to get involved in the worship, education, fellowship, service and outreach of the church. Through our ministries, we seek to encourage communications in loving communities of people who can support and guide one another in a growing Christian faith. |

Get Involved in Worship
At First Presbyterian Church Of Manasquan we worship God. Worship is the central event that unites us as God’s people. We worship because it is the appropriate response to God’s love. Our goal is to point worshipers to God’s love demonstrated supremely in Jesus Christ. We want Christ’s spirit to touch your life. We provide a variety of times and styles for worship. We encourage you to make one of the worship services your place to regularly gather to lift up your voice of praise, gain insight for living, fun Biblical messages and listen to God’s spirit of direction in your life. Get Involved in a Group
A big part of getting in the game at First Presbyterian Church of Manasquan is making a connection with other people in some form of small group. A variety of study classes, home groups, and service teams meet throughout the church and community.
Two very helpful and meaningful classes for newcomers to the church are Seekers and Joiners and Alpha. Many people find that these groups are a good introduction to First Presbyterian Church of Manasquan and to the Christian faith. Both long-time Christians and those new to the faith exploration find these groups helpful. |

Getting Involved in Fellowship
There are a variety of ways to connect with the care ministries of the church. You can let us know your prayer needs by sending us a prayer request and a dedicated team will lift up your concerns to the Lord in prayer. If you or your family are in physical need or emotional stress a Lay Pastor can meet with you for encouragement and support. If you would like to connect with others like yourself in some fun social events there are many events through the year that promote meaningful fellowship. Getting Involved in Service
Our many ministries provide you an opportunity to “get in the game.” Volunteers for Christian service in even the smallest way can serve as a springboard to meaningful relationships and can lead to deeply satisfying forms of influential service. No job is ever too large or too small to be pleasing to God, and you just may be surprised by how much fun you have and how much personal growth you experience.
