Please join an Adult Sunday School class to grow closer to God and enrich relationships with other congregants:

Beach Bible Study: “The Heart of the Matter”
What do the scriptures mean when they talk about “the heart”? Is it the same as our understanding of the heart? What does God want to do with our hearts? What does Jesus mean when he stresses loving God with all our heart?
Come join David Cotton at 7PM Tuesday evenings in July for the answers to these questions and more, as together we explore what God’s Word teaches us about the heart.
When? Tuesday evenings in July – July 6, 13, 20, 27 – 7-8PM.
Where? Ocean Grove Beach, just south of the fishing pier.
What? Bring a Bible, a beach chair, a jacket or sweater just in case, and a friend!

Fearless Class
What if you could find a way to live life without the fears that hold you back and even take you prisoner, preventing you from experiencing the joys of life and the true joy of the Lord? Wouldn’t it be great to examine fears for what they are, expose them, and then learn how to battle them in the strength of the Lord?
Come join David Cotton’s 9:30 Sunday class as we explore a humorous, yet serious look at fear through a study of Christian author Max Lucado’s best-selling book Fearless. Each class begins with a video segment, followed by group discussion of the principles presented for that day.

Week Night Classes
Why not begin the new year with a commitment to come closer to Jesus by studying the New Testament? If you want to dig deeper and gain new insights or want to really get into scripture for the first time, this is for you. Reverend David Cotton teaches adult Bible study every Wednesday evening. We’re just getting into the Gospel according the Matthew, so it’s a great time to start. What better New Year’s resolution than to connect with the Lord by studying His Word? Come join us on Wednesday evenings! Join David at 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays in the Sanctuary.
There is nothing more satisfying than a committed Women’s Bible study. This winter, join a dedicated group of ladies as they examine Peter; Learning to Be Like Jesus. The group meets every other Thursday in the Church Library for fellowship, discussion, and prayer. Grow closer to Jesus and to women in the church by joining this discussion twice each month. Meets the Second & Fourth Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. in the Library.
We are beginning a new Alpha Express Class, led by Ellie Buanic, at 11:00 AM each Sunday in the Youth room. This study has generated rave reviews from many former participants and promises to reveal a new dimension of your relationship with God. Mosaic, a new Bible study for twenty-somethings, Bible study, has begun meeting every Tuesday, and are currently examining Genesis together. Formed as an outreach to the members of our church who are between ages 18 and 35, this study offers fellowship as well as a renewed focus on the lessons of the Bible. This is a group that meets in private homes, but new members are welcome to join at any time. Starting immediately on Tuesday evenings.
