Preschool Registration Information

Registration: September 2011 - June 2012

Registration for the 2011-2012 school year will be held in January. We will hold an Open House on Thursday, January 20th from 9:00-12:00PM. This Open House is to provide an opportunity for perspective parents to view our program. Children are welcome. Applications will be available and accepted at this time.  Download and print our  Enrollment Application now. Parents of children and/or siblings currently in the school must turn in their applications by January 18th in order to receive preference. A box will be made available with Mrs. Clark if you would prefer to drop it off. Applications will not be accepted before January 10, 2011.

Church members and former Nursery School families will also receive preference if applications are received before January 18th. Every application must have a first and second choice.

The non-refundable registration fee will be $100.00 due at the time of registration. Families registering two or more children will be discounted $50.00.  Afternoon classes will be offered at a $300.00 discount.  Tuition for the school year will be $2,082.00 for all three-day classes and $1,395.00 for all two-day classes. This year we will again offer a five-day four/five year old class and a three-day three year old class. The cost for five day class will be $3,477.00.  We also offer an extended day from 11:30-1:00PM for an additional $10.00 a day.  Before and after care will be available from 8:00-9:00AM and 11:30-12:00PM for a nominal fee.

Tuition payments may be set up under either one of these plans:

  • Three payment plan due June 1, September 1 and February 1,  
  • Ten payment plan due  May 1 and going through February 1.

Approximately 30 days after registration you will receive confirmation of your registration. At that time you will be required to choose a payment plan.  May and June payments must be received to continue to guarantee enrollment.  The May and June payments will be 50% refundable if you withdraw your child prior to august 1, 2011.

No tuition will be refunded after August 1, 2011
